Every board in Rhode Island runs on two clocks. The meeting notice and agenda must be posted at least 48 hours ahead, not counting weekends and state holidays. And the minutes must be made public within 35 days.

Clarivis helps your board meet both.

It suggests your next meetings from your board's schedule, shows exactly when each notice is due, and emails a reminder before the deadline.

As the agenda is written, it checks that each item says what will actually be discussed, as the law requires. Then it turns the agenda into the notice, ready to post on the Secretary of State's portal.

On meeting night, the meeting is recorded on a device in the room, and the recording is stored encrypted. Clarivis then transcribes it, and drafts the minutes from the transcript, the agenda and the notes.

The person who keeps your minutes reviews and edits every line, and records each motion and how each member voted.

When the board approves the minutes, the PDF is stamped approved. Filing on the state portal is marked in Clarivis with the date, and every step is kept in the audit trail.

Clarivis checks and reminds. It never posts or publishes anything on its own. Your board decides what goes on the public record.

For board members, little changes: you meet and vote as you always have. Questions? Email support@clarivispbc.com.
